Same issue here, only the first time i add a new feed it updates all the
available episodes, and upon Rhytmbox restart it no longer updates the
feeds. Additionally even if i delete and re-add the feed as expla

There are two cases:
1. Trying to close a single window from keyboard/menu -> OK
2. Trying to close all windows from keyboard/menu OR click the X button ->

I don't know if it is ok but there is temporary solution for this bug
which is simple, type in your Terminal
sudo mypaint
and it will work! At least i found that it works for some people. It
seems like same error is repeating with some other programs and people
solved that error by typing sudo

"Inherits=hicolor" to "/usr/share/icons/default.kde4/index.theme" (just open it
