rhythmbox crashed with SIGSEGV in rb_shell_guess_source_for_u

If you run "gnome-open whatever.desktop" it opens gedit showing you the
textual content of the .desktop file. I expected it to open the
appropriate application for the .desktop file, exactly as if you'd
double clicked on it in nautilus. For example "gnome-open
/usr/share/app
The patch breaks applications that don't want to show a menubar on
startup (I noticed it with gnome-terminal). Attached file shows broken
behavior: even though menubar is explicitly hidden, it still shows up
when run.

I have been using rhyhthmbox from -proposed version for more than 2weeks
and have not found any regressions, neither have reproduced this crash(I
faced this too previously). verification-done
