A few things have changed with 10.10 build Sep 17. Now blu ray discs
are recognized properly. Though brasero does not crash it now gives an
error message " Merging data is impossible with this disc". Will attach
logs ..

i discovered that switching to metacity, the calendar position corrects
back. the issue appears to be just under compiz. And other thing is that
i (as a workaround) in the "Place Windows" plugin in compiz, add the
window title as a new rule and i corrected the position by hand input of
X and Y, now

indexing 1000+ messages)...

I have no webcam plugged in, nothing byt my mouse and my keyboard, no cd in the

Sorry guys, but Yelp is really a joke... while checking this bug I found

Ok, i am experiencing the strangest thing. When i go and run my app
called Pytask (http://launchpad.net/pytask) it seems to theme itself
wrong, and so going by a process of elimination, I've discovered that it

I decided to try Empathy again after installing Ubuntu 10.10 beta from
scratch. Provided my MSN account details, found out it's still awful,
but when I switched back to Pidgin I found it had unblocked all my
previously blocked contacts.

Confirmed in Maverick. I had the opportunity to resize Firefox,
Evolution, Terminal, & Synaptic on any outer surface but the margin of
error was very small and it would be helpful to have such a handle. This
seems like a wishlist for all noted packages and should be marked as
such.

I confirm, that this bug is FIXED in gnome-terminal 2.30.2-0ubuntu1.
confirmation steps:
1. made copy of /usr/bin/gnome-terminal binary
2. upgraded gnome-terminal from proposed repository to 2.30.2-0ubuntu1
3. setup proxy in gnome
4. verified that issue is reproducible using OLD version of gnome-t
