What I've noticed, though, is that now what is not being updated is the

Please notice that this only works if you open Firefox, then load at
least a new webpage and then try to reproduce it, what seems very odd to
me.
What I mean: If you stay on the home page all will work ok. I'm
suspecting this has more something to do with firefox than nautilus, but

After the update yesterday the keyboard indicator started behaving again

Ive got ubuntu lucid and gnome, I don't log off, I'm running simple

Well now this seems to be more of a GNOME issue than Ubuntu or Nautilus.
I installed KDE Plasma yesterday, and URLs open fine. Drives are auto-
mounting fine. Only issue I've noticed is that I still can't open my
Trash. That's it.

I tried the r...@username# chmod 777 /tmp
didn't work... and I don't know why!
PS. I am one of the many users who doesn't really understand unix. So
please dumb it WAY down, and type really obviosu stuff too (because it
won't be obvious to me.
