Will not allow us to change settings for the primary user account though

Every major Update shuffles the Icons position on the top start bar. Even with
Icons locked and separated by separation bars, the location is changed just the
same. In view of the large number of Updates this is annoying.

Same problem for me. Resizing and other functions work, but gthumb
crashes when I try to save. Also got the message that the crash could
not be reported on when I tried that.
