I can confirm this bug in upgrade from Karmic to Lucid beta.
As a workaround manual removal of 'gobject-introspection-repository' and

the first time you open the group settings dialog, the GID is set to 0,

I have my machine set to have blank screen after an hour of idleness.

I have similar problem.
My Toshiba A205 freezes when I switch the power from AC to battery on Lucid and
Karmic.
I've tried to run live Knoppix with kernel 2.6.32 but it doesn't work. I did

The correct package for this bug is ubuntu-mono, as this is where the
icons for the login screen actually reside at the moment. I have
attached a suggestion for replacement icons which are the existing icons
recoloured using the same dark grey colour from the Radiance theme

devices it seems to run ok, mounting, creating file and deleting ,

I have a call in Skype and my microphone sound is muted when i put the
OUTPUT volume bar of the system touching the left end. That doesn't
happen muting output volume with mute button, just muting putting the
