When setting a proxy using gnome-network-config, programs that check the
http_proxy and no_proxy environment variables (such as wget) will not
use the proxy server.

This problem still occurs after a suspend although not every time. Doing
a "killall pulseaudio" causes pulseaudio to restart and fixes it. I'd
guess the bug is actually in pulseaudio.

doing this? What wm do you use? That works fine there with current lucid
on several installations and the GNOME packages didn't changes recently,
are you confused by the new theme colors which made the titlebar not
change a lo
