I have a very similar locale as Ondřej Surý, that is LANG,LANGUAGE and
LC_MESSAGES set to en_US.UTF-8, but others set to my locale it_IT.UTF-8.

When starting the gnome-display-properties dialogue, the display settings are
changed, automatically, with no confirmation dialogue.
I can reproduce by:
1. Starting my computer with 1 monitor plugged in (my laptop display).
2. Plugging in a second monitor
Could you try killing gnome-power-manager and starting it the following
way:
gnome-power-manager --no-daemon --debug > ~/gpm-log.txt 2>&1
Once that's running in a terminal, try hibernating and resuming and
attach the generated log file to this bug.

"Empty Trash" results in message "Error while expunging folder". No

Well, can't tell about forever - don't have that much time ;-) - but it does
seem like it could stay at 100% forever.

I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One is not working properly for you. Can you
please run the following command "apport-collect -p ubuntuone 523361"
(without the quotes) from a terminal window. This will collect debugging
info related to ubuntuone.

I am running EasyPeasy 1.5, built upon Ubuntu.
This is the DVD "burner" software that comes with it, but it is nothing more
than a vulgar file manager.
Nowhere is there a menu item or button to either create a project or burn a
dvd.
