I can reproduce it on my Lenovo T500 with 9.10 with an Microsoft Natural
Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 USB (wired).
Remove external USB keyboard, suspend notebook, wake it up again, plug
in external keyboard, and test repeat rate. It is slow again. Internal
keyboard is still fast and like set.

I confirm the same problem using evince and okular.
I also converted pdf file to djvu format using pdf2djvu, opened with djview4
and freezes appear when clicking on File->Print.. as well.
It seems to be a bug in the underlying printing structure, rather than
application specific.
No way to print
Accepted gnome-power-manager into karmic-proposed, the package will
build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback

IMHO, as a user, I agree with your proposal to make gtk+ consistent
with Gnome: Nautilus behavior is also the same as Thundebird one, for

I think I've gotten to the bottom of it. I was surprised to find that
if i create a new user i can successfully change the home directory of
that user but that I was unable to change my own home directory or
that of another user who had a running process. This seems to be
