I have the same issue. I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 Desktop 64bit with Rhythmbox
0.12.5. I think the initial wording is a little confusing. Basically All of
my audio files are on a NAS device and I play the files in Rhythmbox via Samba.

I have tried the same behavior on Karmic, and all worked fine on Karmic.

well... when the bar isnt there not, I tried moving the mouse on all the 4
sides just in case but nothing appears..
but sometimes when the menubar is there (at the bottom) nothing happens, I mean
I click on it but looks like its halted...
(when I turn off the OS it says "panel not responding")
