I can confirm it does affect Nautilus for me too, so I guess it's not a
gnome-panel bug. I guess that means it's perhaps some shared library
that some gnome components use (so perhaps it's the applets I saw the
odd behaviour with rather than gnome-panel itself). I might change the

wasn't introduced by the xorg/gdm changes, but I don't understand how it

In my opinion, the keyboard configuration program should have a way of
setting user's preferred keyboard, which applies to GDM as well. My

I can confirm this.
Autologin still works (when the machine reboots or gdm is restarted) but
timedlogin when a user logs out doesn't.
I realise gdm has been greatly simplified in Gnome 2.2.8, but this is a
feature that's still pretty necessary in my opinion. I use Ubuntu as a
media center so if X

I am trying to set up an exchange account but the forward button is
greyed at the "enter OWA Url" page, I click authenticate but nothing
