I am experiencing the same problem. Pulseaudio has been bad to my
architecture since it was released. What I am amazed at iis the fact
that before pulseaudio, once the card was configured with alsa the
setup was very stable. I could run any application with no problem. THen
comes pulseaudio that

Binary package hint: evince
Expected behavior: The watermark in the PDF that is being viewed in the
accompanying screenshot should only show when printed, not viewed on a
PC.
What happened instead: See enclosed screenshot.
The PDFs that I have seen exhibit this problem are
I found out the problem!
Evince thinks the location of its help file is ghelp:evince, but it's
not. It's man:evince (because Evince has a man page, not a DocBook help
file).
Also, there is a full-featured manual on the GNOME Documentation
Library, but it's not actually included in the Evince pack
Somehow probably during upgrade Hue was set to minimum (Full left) in
Menu:Preferences:Tab-Display:Color balance.
Pressing the button: Reset to Defaults solved the problem

drive to fstab and set permissions there but that doesn't work = get an
error saying ntfs-3g was not compiled to allow changing permissions. Not
