gnome-games has been patched to request ICE build flags from pkg-config.
While I agree Debian changing this file instead of getting upstream to
do it is crazy it is the more technically correct behaviour. If you
know a reason why gnome-games should not be linking against libICE
please let me know.

works just fine) until the eclipse team adjusted their software to the
"new" GTK+ behaviour.

This is happening on my HP HDX16 with Nvidia 9600M graphics. "xset dpms
force off" shuts off the light for 30-60 seconds, then the backlight

Yes, adding these four files fixed the issue in 9.10, thanks a lot. ( I had to
use root login to add these files to Notes folder). But it doesn't allow me to
replicate. All the options in Basic tab are grayed and I can't check mark the
optional boxes in other tabs.

Awoke this morning to find a request for permission for Evolution to
access the keyring. Being half-asleep I allowed it permission and then
got the old request for password bit again. I cannot draw conclusion
from this except insofar as either Evolution gets confused by delays
with the serve
