This would be good to take upstream at minimum. Moving
away from a binary MD5/3DES choice would be better. Moving
to PAM would be better still, as you get this for free and there
is no danger of it getting out of date again and causing a similar

I have detected a bug on Ubuntu 9.04. It is mainly with the Totem-
Gstream/Movie Player. Issues were found on a CF-29 Toughbook With 1.3GHz
Centrino CPU, 1.5GB. 855GM. Problems that have occured are things like
unresponsive video, also when you change wind

I assume this is talking about the display brightness dimming and then
brightening. That's the only thing I've seen that sounds like this that
I can confirm.

Thank You for classifying that for me, I wasn't sure if it was totem it self
or gstream lib's. It only seems to occur when you have the default movie
player installed which is totem-gstream.
