I have tested with daily-live from 20090708, and the problem is gone
(strangely enough since I have it on the installed system). I have
tested both KMS and UMS and both on the Thinkpad X61 Tablet and HP
Compaq nx7400. There is no sign of any SQUASHFS errors in the dmesg
output anymore.

partition while creating/simple editing and saving the document in

Immediately before the crash, there is a very brief screen blanking. It
is definitely not due to the screen saver because it happens when I
work.

I also miss the feature so set the number of copies before a burning process.
It was there when I had Ubuntu 8.04 install with Brasero 0.8 or so..
but since the Install of Jaunty 9.04 the feature to set the number of copies is

Just in case it's useful, I reproduced the regression with a hardy
chroot, using only command line tools:
1. Install samba on outside system
2. Kill all gvfs stuff (outside and inside chroot):
$ ps ux|grep gvfs|awk '{print $2}'|xargs kill
3. Mount gvfs smb and list it in hardy chroot:

The way my ISP works is that I have two routers.
One is theirs, which is locked down tight, and has the 192.168.80.80 address as
it's internal IP.
The other is mine, which I have as 192.168.1.1 (all machines internally are on
the 192.168.1.1 subnet), and 192.168.80.1 on the external port.
The ISP
I have the same problem as described in the original bugmessage. Only
with me the problem only occurs when I''m in step 2 clicking on a
bookmark pointing to a no langer existing samba location. I could not
reproduce it with an valid samba location.
Let me know if anyone wants to do more testing.
