Maybe the 12h delay is in cause. Do you do this often? If you want, you
can try once again to see if that's the cause of the bug.
But the problem here is that Ubuntu ships with a version of gnome-power-
manager that is no longer developed upstream, so they won't consider our
bugs. If it only occur
as a comment, evolution seems to be more stable when running in debug

Seems like alacarte has some problems when trying to edit menu points
with non utf-8 chars. I tried installing an application via wine. This
created a menu entry with unreadable chars. After trying to delete this
entry via alacarte my menu is empty as described by the other people in
this bug repor

Interestingly, for me, some ISOs have the ;1 and uppercase letters, and
some do not. I suppose it is some option parameter when making the
image?
Both images can be viewed and mounted the normal way, however...
