I can confirm this in Jaunty. If 2 users are logged in, and 1 logs out, the
locked screen dialog only allows you to type a password to unlock it. The
buttons are locked, i.e. Leave Message, Unlock, etc.
Marking as Confirmed - Medium Importance - medium severity with core
application.
** Change
After upgrade to Jaunty I cannot move the panel in any way except for
making when they are not expanded automatically (which is not an
acceptable workaround). No combinations of mouse clicks, ctrl and/or alt
keys held down has been successful. Since this is prevalent on two
different machines only
I'm having the same problem.

I think that the crash is gnome bug 569260, which should be fixed in
gnome 2.26 (ubuntu 9.04). However, the fix does not let the networking
extensions authenticate to proxies when they couldn't before. It just
prevents a crash in that situation.
So I suspect that in 9.04 the networking extensions
I did some changes and installations, but i think the problem came when
i installed Skype. I didn't check right away after the installation if
the sound was ok or not. One thing is sure, the problem was resolved by:
-removing Skype
-removing Rhythmbox
-removing VLC
-re-installing Rhythmbox
-re-ins
Same here! Ekiga 2.0 works fine on my previous ubuntu 8.10, but Ekiga 3
on ubuntu 9.04 is not fine. I'm feeling 2 seconds delay.
Actually I'm not sure if this problem is related with ekiga or ubuntu
9.04 because I did some tests with another sip client (zoiper) that use
to be ok on my ubuntu 8.10
I've had this problem with Jaunty, the solution proposed by yldouright
worked well.
