pygtk uses numpy for exactly one method. the reason not to have it as a
dependency are space constraints on the CD (numpy and dependencies would
add 10MB). So probably the current python-gtk package should be renamed
into python-gtk-lite and an empty python-gtk package depending on
python-gtk-lite
IIRC, there was a decision made for PyGTK not to carry the numpy depends
because numpy wouldn't fit on CD and it was thought the relevant functions
were only rarely used. This isn't the "right" fix, but as a workaround for
this release, it will do.

If that's true Sebastian, about nautilus having a grid, then what I
think would be a suitable workaround for this bug is an option that not
just aligns to a grid when clicked, but forces icons to persistently be
aligned to a grid, thus forcing new volumes to not overlap or new
folders to be hidden

evolution. Worked finse as should be.

Oh, god. I was trying different FTP accounts but all in the same server.
I have tried another 2 different FTP accounts which are in different servers
and it works fine!
So... could it be a problem of the server? It's strange, it had never caused
problems mounting FTP directories with Nautilus...

Thanks, I managed to get a backtrace with "break gdk_x_error"; doing the
renice on user and root processes produces different looking backtraces
so I have attached both. Although strangely, I couldn't easily trigger
the issue at first. Now it's back to 100% reproduction again though.

backported version of brasero 0.9 or the latest version on jaunty? this
should be fixed on that release, thanks in advance. and yes 281% is

First I deactivated all plugins, restarted evolution and activated the
plugins in group of 4 from the last to the first one. Restart of
Evolution with a new mail after restart, switching to another workspace
and waited.
And there was zero crash.
