I just upgraded to Jauunty alpha6 from intrepid. The bug is new.
gnome-terminal opens fine from my user account. However

By changing the font sizes in system->preferences->appearance->fonts you
can make the panels smaller, however there's a bug with the main menu
that prevents scaling of the ubuntu logo icon in the main menu. The only
way to make a panel with a main menu smaller is by disabling the optoin

work anymore for my videocard (ati x800xl) it's replaced by the ati opensource
driver. It doesn't crash with that.

on a PIII, 866MHz cpu with 512MB ram, moving the mouse will not release
the screensaver when using GLText. I have to hit a key or mouse button.

I've heard complaints of this maybe being a problem with a missing udev

another way. My question is maybe why is gphoto trying to run if it's

found an asmix pkg. to install that solved my problem... very much by
