Currently these icons will on display with the human-icon-theme or
themes that inherit Human. Making gnome-icon-theme inherit Human will
fix this for nearly all icon themes as most already inherit gnome-icon-
theme. I think this is the simplest fix as it will only require one
patch to maintain.

Reproducible? Yes every time I try to read my Eagles DVD (hell freezes
over). As a cannot choose audio settings, it is just impossible to play
it. That DVD won't play if I don"t first select audio settings at the
very beginning.

it's one of the options in the evolution dialog if you installed
evolution-plugins or evolution-plugins-experimental, the emails you get
might be forwarded from a discussion but you should use bouncing if you
want those redirect rather than sent a new email

Attached is a .vcf (text) file containing one entry. It can be imported
into evolution to test this. It does not seem to be a problem with the
file format, but evolution.
Exporting a contact from Evo then importing it back also shows this bug.

Same thing happened to me:
A mounted USB drive with only one partition on it got really messed up. I had
the same thing happening to me a week before (that time killing a UFS and a
HFS+ partition) but was attributed it to an user error that time.

Confirmed on jaunty, those events are displayed on the pacific timezone
hour and not the local one, the bug has been sent to
