This makes it very hard to use gimp sensibly on my Thinkpad X24 which
has an internal display of 1024x768. I assume the popular netbooks will
have an even harder time. Thus setting importance to high. Feel free
to lower if you disagree and don't mind shipping jaunty with this bug.

Hi. Seems to be solved. Have to run sudo xsane, then it says "alert!
you're using xsane as root!" so I hit okay and xsane and the scanner
work flawlessy. First scans came out with a lock or something about
permissions on them, and document viewer wouldn't open them. So went

Emilio, were you able to reproduce this?
It's more obvious if you do a remote connection over the web, since the
lag between the remote computer mouse and the vinagre mouse is greater
over a slow connection, so initially you will see two mouse pointers,
but you only get one when you move the mouse
this is a direct bug. no settings config can fix it. it is a problem
with(microsoft? usb)? keyboards on the latest released version of
ubuntu
