Since some days Nautilus is showing Texts mixed in german and english.
But the language, I have selected is german. All other applications are showing
german texts only.
I have deinstalled all other language packs, but the problem still
exists.
I'm on a laptop and in the earlier versions of ubuntu it automatically
adds it to gnome-panel. I do not know how to change it's preferences to
appear on my gnome-panel.

This behaviour is really incredible. I can't believe this *** bug *** has to be
discussed so lengthy and has not yet been fixed.
If you don't like to get a warning when deleting a file, you should just had to

1. open gconf-editor and go to /apps/panel/toplevels/panel_0(for me)/
2. uncheck "enable_animations"

I made a desktop user named "test". Once logged into "test", I tried

Same here. Using Intrepid and evince only displays a blank page. I don't
get any warnings as stecklum did though.

nautilus-cd-burner burns just fine (altought it reports very big "remaining"
times...)
