This is not a bug, the character ~ is expanded (or not) by the interpreter,
when you type "python ~/main-desktop/moin.py" in a shell, it's the shell that
replace "~" with /home/user.
You should not rely on it.

After bonobo crash I had problems with starting X server. At some point I've
deleted, created and did chmod 777 o /tmp, so it was probably the cause of the

In Intrepid Ibex, this has still not been addressed.
The radio buttons are still fully active, waiting for a user to click on

I had a quick look, and re-adding in the #ifdef in src/keymap.c was
basically what I was going to propose too. The implementation looks the
same as what it was in 0.17.4, so I think it's probably ok. However, it
might be a good idea to get someone who knows vte a bit better to have a
