It looks like this value is used in the code and not configurable. I
downloaded the source and found were 'battery.charge_level.design' was
used in src/gpm-cell.c. Instead of changing that, however, I just
commented out its usage in gpm_cell_get_id() to not use that value in
constructing the ID.
This still happens to me in Intrepid. Since you can't add a song to an
automatic playlist by dragging it, the left side will not scroll down
when you drag a song over if an automatic playlist is the last one you
can see.

But the filename remains highlighted which _is_ ambiguous.

The issue is bad configuration by the ubuntuforums administrators of the
apache http.conf file. I emailed the Canonical sys-admins team lead
(James Troup) on 9th September and also reported it on IRC to the team.

Hi,
I was able to reproduce this in Hardy as well, but it seems to be working fine
in Intrepid and Jaunty testing. If you have access to a system with either of
these Ubuntu versions on them, can you confirm that it works there?
