The whole /shared folder (includes home directories, which have inbox

Yes the bug is reproducible always here. I cannot say what one would

I solved my own problem: When I downloaded Ubunto 8.04, apparently I set up a
USER password account which does not necessarily work as a root password. In
"The Official Ubunto Book", page 237 (How To Get My Root Account Back) type:
$ sudo passwd root
Then enter user account's password followed
Version 0.8.2 from Ubuntu repositories don't have this bug

This really needs to be backported to intrepid-updates as it is a major
usability issue in evolution. I may have to convert back to Hardy

Using Intrepid, frequently I will return to my workstation after having
paused rhythmbox for a long period of time (i.e. over night) and when I
try to resume RB, it hangs with the following stack trace:

It was present for me in Hardy in particular and I kept having this problem a
few weeks in Intrepid. It was about 30 songs (random/shuffle from library) it
would last for the first freeze to occur.
Now, with intrepid-updates, -proposed and -backports enabled I haven't had this
problem in weeks.
