I was able to reproduce this error on 8.10 amd64 with Rhythmbox. Checked
the feed with a validator and it is not valid.

Ubuntu Intrepid with latest updates. I have a creative ZEN Stone (1 GB) not
being shown in the RB tree. Gnome shows it in the desktop, ask whether I want
to launch RB, and from Nautilus I can browse the device as usual.
Nevertheless I can't manage to have it shown and handled in RB. In 8.04

I'm having the same issue.
Nautilus just can't handle cifs upper/lower case on hardy anymore. I'm
using ubuntu with samba/cifs since 2006 and never had the issue.
When I try to rename files, merge folders, if there is a case mismath,
it won't move the files, saying errors as strange as "the file

When downloading the feed via wget and hosting it on my personal web
server, I was able to add the stream with RhythmBox. This would suggest
that this isn't necessarily a parsing issue, but an issue with the
transmission of the feed from the server to rhythmbox.

I've had exactly the same problem on my system at work. Ubuntu 8.04,
with nfs mounted home directory (red hat EL5 nfs server) and nis served
