I'm not sure exactly if anything changed recently (the upstream bugs are

I have the same problem using the amd64 8.10 release candidate. I use
an external spam filter that simply adds a header. I then set a filter
under the spam tab in evolution to tag and move these email messages. I
turn off spam checking by unchecking the "check incoming email for spam

1920x1080 on my desktop, it appears as Evince doesn't scale pdf's
relative to the windowsize. E.g. when I zoom to 400 % the pdf only takes
up ~ 50% of the windowwidth when the win

What about Hardy?? This is the long term support version and I received a
meeting request 2 days ago that showed up as plain text.
Turning off the prefer plain-text plugin fixed it immediately, but why is the
patch still not available in update manager? Is 4 months not enough time?

It is NOT fixed in Intrepid version (2.24.0-0ubuntu1).
The temporary image file is not scheduled for removal. If iso is
temporary and exists (i.e. operation was not cancelled) then it should
be added to the temp file list (see attachment) so that it gets cleaned
up properly on finalizing the copy

I have a simalar problem with 8.10 on a dell latitude d600 everything is
fine untill the brightness changes (wether i doit using fn+up/down or
ubuntu aotu changes because i don't have the ac power adapter plugged

gksudo is also transparent.
In my opinion the bug should be filed to the other apps which do not support
transparency!
In this way you turned off the transparency support in the whole theme
engine... So emesene, awn-manager and others won't have transparency anymore...
