I've got the same problem here. It seems it just started doing this. It
was fine for a long time. The screensaver won't turn off by moving the
mouse or even by touching the touchpad. The only way to get it to turn

I think spoke too soon. Now that I've been running intrepid for a while,
I still see the broken behaviour, especially with firefox and
thunderbird.
In firefox, *some* dropdown menus will appear shifted from their correct

I've got this too. Seldomly the screensaver hangs when I want to login back.
It happens with more frequence if I leave an image moving, i.e. not a balck
screen.
I'm on an hardy, hp compaq d330 DT.
