I can confirm this bug exists in Epiphany-Browser with epiphany-extensions
installed.
It can be reproduced at any time by doing the following:
1. Open a web page in Epiphany
2. Open Tools menu
3. Tools -> Check Links and Tools -> Check HTML are both greyed out.

I have the exact same behaviour with an external USB webcam from
Logitech (model "Quickcam Deluxe for Notebooks"). It uses the UVC
driver. It works fine in Ekiga and other apps not accessing it over
GStreamer. It also worked fine with GStreamer under Hardy. Now I also
experience the limitation to 1
closing the bug since upstream says that's not one, rhythmbox is the
default CD player on ubuntu since several cycles
