Sorry by the but report. I have just found the solution... I've created
a rar shell script file at the ~/bin/ directory. Changing the name of
that file have solved the problem. But it was annoying, because there
were no error messages. Anywhere, sorry ...

since the recent updates to gvfs (Intrepid, 64-bit) the Windows shares
are now shown in Nautilus, but attempting to open them in Nautilus
apparently fails, bringing up the password dialog twice; clicking OK the
second time gives the dbus error message as above.

Perodically, the Gnome-panel 'locks up'.
The main culprit seem to be clicking on the 'clock' applet.
- Clock 'hightlights' but dropdown calender doesn't appear.

- Menu's don't display
- Audio control still works
- Widgets still get 'events'.

This happened to me too. The panel dissapeared, the login sound played,
and then the panel reappeared. There is 100% reproducability (at least
for me) because this happens EVERY time I switch NVIDIA accelerated
graphics drivers (between 173 and 177)
