Sorry, the file was corrupted when I uploaded it to my website. It is
fixed now.
If you want to compile it your self you can try the following on a
terminal (you'll need to add the source repositories to your apt-sources
list):
1) Create a directory to hold gpm source
2) sudo apt-get build-dep gn
I've added a backtrace while nautilus consumes 100% CPU (sent SIGTERM to
nautilus to get the backtrace via GDB).
One reason why nautlius consumes so much CPU at login, when mounting a
drive or while browsing (especially directories wiht many files) may be
that it simply forgets its "thumbnail" inf

I have a big family (100+ members) . So I just composed a mail directed to all
of them.
But when I tried to send it, the dialog asking me to confirm they accept HTML
pops up. But it's so huge, I can't click accept.

In the end I persevered and created a new f-spot database from scratch
-- I then got my hands dirty in sqlite and inserted my old data,
converting to the new database format as I went along. (I was sure that
renaming my ~/.gnome2/f-spot still hadn't worked, but I must have been
wrong).

Just did a fresh install of i386 Hardy 8.04 + all updates.
Experiencing the same error even on a totally fresh reboot. The login
screen drum sound plays, but trying to play anything in Totem gives me
the "Failed to connect stream: Invalid argument" error. Rhythmbox
refuses to play anything but
System, Preferences, Main Menu, System, Preferences, Administration,
Right Click Network, Properties, delete gksu in front of command.

Same error,.. I have full internet connection and I can see my network but when
I got to configure eth0
with a static IP number I get this device doe not exist and therefor can not
set a static number for it

The patch doesn't seem to work on my system, sadly. I get no response
when unplugging and plugging in the power cord; the screen brightness
doesn't change at all. The screen will dim when idle, but will not
restore ANY brightness once the mouse is moved or a key is pressed. I
can manually restor
