Hi,
So you are saying that wicd doesn't work when "lo" is configured in
/etc/network/interfaces? That sounds like a bug in wicd to me.
It seems we know the bug here now, so I'm going to modify
the report to reflect that.

causing bad lag...and i had to close it.

I know there are several bugs concerning nautilus and a high CPU load.
However, they does not really fit to my situation.
The problem is that whenever nautilus starts (e.g. on login or after a
'killall nautilus'), it uses 80% to 100% of the CPU

I just open Rhytmbox as usually, clicking on my gnome-panel launcher.
But the hangs on rhytmbox. are totally random. BTW, the hangs started
some weeks ago. Maybe i compiled something I shouldn't... But Rhytmbox
is the original one from ubuntu repos.

This is a pretty bad regression of "data-loss" kind, since you lose
information when you copy files. For many users and applications the
time stamp carries important information. But the error is maybe in
nautilus and not gvfs?

This is a really strange bug, perhaps the most weired one I have ever
seen.
When I save a current session in Ubuntu (System -> Preferences ->
Session) with Evolution and return to the desktop after rebooting my
computer, the text input method for writing new e-mails is wrong.
