I think nautilus should call the JVM using the current directory,
but it seems to be calling it using my home (/home/my-user).

This isn't a bug in F-Spot this is a bug in Gnome printer dialog. Many Gnome
apps have this problem afaik.

Same problem here. I have a Sony VGN-C1S laptop with a Pionner DVR-416M
CD/DVD recorder. I can no longer burn CD's or DVD's with neither brasero
nor nautilus-cd-burner...

One last important detail I just noticed. The problem only occurs when I am
accessing machine via NX client. (running nx server on ubuntu server)
When accessing the machine directly, problem does not occur. But this is
going to be a headless server, so this will not be a long term solution.
I created the stack trace for the evolution process. I am not sure if
that is right one. I assume that it has something to do with the
exchange plugin. The calendar does not crash when I look only at my
google calendar. Let me know if I should create a strace for the
evolution-exchange process as w

FYI, still having this problem on Hardy. Using nvidia card with custom
brightness/contrast settings defined via nvidia-settings. Whenever
gnome-screensaver turns on, the settings are lost. running 'nvidia-
settings -l' will restore them, but obviously this isn't a solution.

I believe that this bug is triggered when one uses the "stop processing" rule
in a "message filter" that is moving mails from one folder to another.
Can those who encounter this issue check if this apply to their situation ?
