It happened after the restart when I went from Gutsy to Hardy. I was
opening up various programs and cking the settings and to see what was
new or changed. When I noticed the crash icon there were no open
programs-sys was idle. It has worked fine since. Unrelated but Rhythmbox
has been giving me so
gvfs-copy works well for me too

1) installed nautilus-dbgsym like described in

seem to get is a different bug and should not be commenting on this one
but rather open a new one then, I suggest opening it directly on
bugzilla.gnome.org because the speed issue might be tricky, especially
