I've tested the new version for about ~20 minutes and everything is ok,
also went trough the test case, if you change your timezone it gets
reflected on /etc/timezone and the appointments are updated accordly,
same goes for the locations dialog, All looking fine.

I'm not making any assumption, the GNOME defaults in ubuntu are
optimized for the ubuntu desktop, that's not ideal but that's better
than having broken defaults on ubuntu. Nobody denies there is a bug
there, but the issue is not the default selection, it's that the current
mechanism has no fallback
It's not possible to change layout.spellcheckDefault value in about:config
page. Every time I've tried to change it the value go back to en-US.
I've tried many different value (fr,fr_FR, fr-FR,fr_FR.UTF-8 and others) but
each time new value is not saved.

the dialog used to have one, anyway upstream has no interest to make
epiphany-browser works correctly when using xulrunner and is switching
to webkit and ubuntu doesn't use epiphany-browser as its default browser
so I doubt many work will be done on the current version either upstream
or ubuntu

Hi all,
For those having the same symptoms than I have : "module-alsa-sink.c:
Failed to create sink object" I found a solution to make pulseaudio
working.
The problem was caused by a bad detection of my "exotic" sound card
(Terratec DMX 6Fire).
I modified the /etc/pulse/default.pa file to manual

Strangely, starting from today the panel completely freezes, when I
