Why this and most of alike bugreports about f-spot crashing in hardy on

I have this under Hardy. Below is Totem's konsole output (no hard out debugging
symbols or anything, sorry, haven't read up on all that)

Same on first-gen MacBook (core duo) -- Brightness controls don't work

with gdm loading & not showing anything (e.g. login window), so I

Found a way to reinstall policykit-gnome on Hardy Beta. Unfortunately it

I was getting missing/misplaced pictures with black borders at default zooming
(not changing zoom).
I am using "nv" driver

I installed AWN, removed a Panel, and the gnome pane crashed. I clicked
on "Report error.." and landed here...

Ah... Thanks Steve. As long as that's the way it's supposed to work. I
had briefly looked at the patch in GNOME's repository and couldn't see
how it might "fix" that apparent weirdness, but unfortunately I didn't
have the resources (or time) to build things locally and check for
myself.

4) Use applet to switch to user1.
5) Logout user1 (using the red-off button).

system ?
It seems to me they are not by default. Section 2 manpages can be installed
with the "manpages-dev" package.
You can check this by typing "man 2 sysca
The patch fixes the problem for me. It would be great if this one could
made it into Hardy.

Just adding my voice to the choir here. Using Gutsy, GSM uses between
30% and 100% on my 3.4GHz machine. It spikes when updating. I increased
