no problems with the swap file. When auto-suspending on Gutsy, my PC
hibernates after coming out of that suspendstate, and after restarting,

better to open new bugs if you have issues on hardy, there is so many
different issues described there now that the bug is not really usuable

the change seems to be alright, I've some question though, would it be
suitable for upstream or debian or do you consider it only as an hardy
