However i don't think it is rhythmbox related, since it wasn't changed

I still believe that this feature is important - especially for users
with high resolution.
Example:
You want to look at pictures taken by a very old camera. Only one
quarter will be used of your displaz (1920x1200).
You will have to zoom in for every single picture

For me (on hardy, but it was the same on gutsy) the minimum is 11
minutes, but I agree that a minimum of 1 minute makes sense, I think 11
minutes is too long in certain conditions. A friend of mine was also
complaining about this. Should not be too hard to set to lower I guess.

This also exists in Hardy Alpha 6 if you add the Network Monitor applet
and choose "Properties" from the right-click menu then choose
"Configure"
It displays an error:
"The interface does not exist
Check that it is correctly typed and that it is correctly supported by
your system."

Thank you very much for tour rapid answer.
I have to tell you that finally I have found the problem. The problem is
that in some folders the search bar remembers that sometime you did a
search. After clicking the search icon and left the input text in blank
all messages appear again.

My last comment wasn't completely accurate, the problem is kwin does not
look for or set this selection so you can do crazy things like run the
kwin compositor at the same time as xcompmgr.
