I can confirm this one. I printed 22 pages of notes on Fourier Series. 22 pages
wasted.
Same bug occurs when printing a PDF to another PDF.

Thanks for the help. I had the KDE desktop installed on my system and by
removing it system became unstable? I re-installed and upgraded to Hardy
a 2nd time and cannot reproduce the error.

I think the proper behavior is to check for permissions before asking
whether to delete or send to trash. That would eliminate the useless
initial dialog.

I don't know how to reproduce it. I can only give more information.
I didn't initially know how to use strace so I incorrectly tried to
redirect strace's output to a file: strace -p 8144 > strace8144. That
will (always I think) create a file of zero bytes. Later I learned how
to use strace properl
