There is still this problem: I used to switch between US & Arabic
layouts by pressing both ALT keys, that doesn't work now. If I change
the "Layout Switching" option to "Both Shift keys together change
layout" that option works (but by pressing both shift keys of course).

all; I have now observed it on the Mist theme, which has its own engine.

dunno, I've lot to do, doesn't know about printing and have no working
printer to work on that right now and looks like nobody else seems
interested in working on this bug, I'm happy to look to contribution

it attempts to play, but shows a corrupted display in the video window,
and cdrom0 in the playlist...
The progress bar doesn't go forward, and the corrupted display doesn't
change.. however, the application does not hang, you can still "Stop"
and open new file, or close, or whatever.

Thank you for your bug report. Closing it since that's working in hardy
now. We didn't get other complain about it yet so it doesn't look like a
priority to gutsy user and we are not likely to work a stable update
there

Yes, I can use shift-delete to bypass the trash, but its still not

behaviour right now because the user doesn't own the exclusive
permissions on the drive, do you think it's wrong, why? Don't specify
hardy to the bug title, the information will be incorrect when hardy+1
opens and creates conf
the errors there look like indeed dbus not starting correctly
