have to disable and reenable "Keep Aligned" every time then I can just

Same here on a z61t, volume works but not play/pause, next and previous
1. Numlocks does not work regardless of numlock is pressed or not
2. I have tried resetting them in System->Preferences->Keyboard

I disagree.
This problem needs to be FIXED, it's a disgrace for gnome games team. I
mean, come on, two gigs of RAM, 2.7ghz processor and I simply can't play
Tetris(!) with fancy tiles. It does not make any sense, the game is
probably badly coded/optimized.

My standard, and actually only, layout is german, but since the upgrade to
hardy today it's always US after login. I can change it back if I go to the gui
and drag-drop the language (german dead grave acute) in the same window it
already is.

Suggestion: A warning from the new rhythmbox that it is going to break
backwards compatibility. I imagine this has happened to a few people
more than once and it is very annoying when you have many internet radio
stations saved which is now gone, and VERY time consuming to re-add.

As a new user of Ubuntu 7.10 I found that the system monitor panel was
showing extreme fluctuations of cpu usage, from 20% to over 98%.
Somewhere I read about vino-session and thought about removing it to
ease the load on the cpu. But it wouldn't let me change the priority to
19. Everytime I do it

Was this addressed in Gutsy?
I just experienced the related problem of a very large PNG file having
its thumbnail being generates and Nautilus becoming unresponsive. The
PNG was being written to by POV-Ray at the time too.
