saw some pictures that I don't really want people to see; This was the first

I confirmed this bug on Gutsy release too. gnomevfs-ls shows no duplication in
device entries but not with Nautilus.
Upgraded from Feisty does not produce this bug. I encountered this bug only

I confirm this bug and I opened an upstream bug for it.
However there is an easy workaround, just use the menu Edition -> Add files or
click on the "Add files" icon to perform this operation. The test4.txt will be

it 50 px tall and all I have in it are the launchers for seven progs

This happens for me when behind a firewall, with a .pac autoconf file
specified in gnome settings - which rhythmbox does not understand (i got

first time when my computer starts. after that it works fine, i can
navigate just fine. until I restart the computer.
but it is busy and unuseable for about 1 minute the first time i
execute the following command in a terminal, such as gnome-terminal, and
paste the output here:

i'm getting this same problem, only that i know i'm editing some files
due to a java install. i need to set my JAVA_HOME variable, and to do
so, i've been trying without any luck to edit this files

Standard "Save As" screen appears the same way. All other pop-up screens
and dialogs appear to be fine.

This problem still occurs in Gutsy.
Even using "xingmux" the times are not correctly reported in some applications,
like Amarok.

tab, and choose Custom for Welcome message, then provide your own
welcome message, this will be ignored when the login window is shown.
The Custom message will be retained in the app
Anybody knows why ALSA doesn't fix this bug?
