I can confirm this - running evolution 2.11.92-0ubuntu1 package on Ubuntu Gutsy.
Creating filters/search folders from emails using the normal menu always works.

I have a very similar bug on Gutsy.
Nautilus hangs when I am accessing files (mp3) on a sshfs directory over
the internet. It hangs very rapidly (minutes) when over the internet
(ADSL) and it can take a few hours before hanging when over ethernet
(100mbps).

OK, it happened again with me. I get a dialog with the usual "retry or
cancel" options. While I hit "retry", I am presented with the same
dialog again (for the same account). Evo only recovers when I cancel the
dialog -- I then can immediately hit send/receive, and it works.

My issues disappeared.
My issue popped up when I'd try to shutdown the box.
Go to System->Quit and it would take about 10 seconds to pop up the shutdown

as of mid-September, maybe it should be discussed in bug 139761. It
