Confirm here too (Ubuntu feisty on iBook G4). Whether I try to open a
simple webpage (like google.com) or a webdav, I always ge the same error
"The location is not a folder".

I have exactly the same problem. When I plug in a vfat external usb HDD,
Nautilus freezes during about 30 secondes before I can do something
(except using other programs like firefox). The window of hdd content
opens, but nothing appears and I have the "waiting cursor".

For some reason this is not happening for me anymore with the original
packages. There is also a fault of logic in my initial investigation of
this problem (original clause is || not && so other resolutions should
be appearing). I will re-open it if I have any further trouble.
