At the same time this crash happens epiphany crashes too with

In feisty applet desktop-effects is not loaded by defauld in control center!
I think it should be added by default cause when I've received the answer about
a bug in compiz/beryl it was written that it affected also desktop-effects
applet.

though not exactly an issue, i reenabled this for feisty release in
2.0.0.2+1-0ubuntu1.
Note: auto-loading libxpcom.so will be gone in feisty+1.
