beagle-live plugin already detects if beagled is running, and allows the

I can confirm this. The annoying thing was, that it didn't stop
restarting and crashing and bug-buddying until i logged in and out.
After removing a webcal source (via gconf-editor) everything is fine.
This workaround was mentioned in bug #58940. Same bug?

The clue is in the link you provided:
* Most languages should translate this as "%s (%u)". The

I don't have the issue anymore ..
I think its solved with removing all bonobo packages ..
I just removed all bonobo packages on my computer .. Now it works.

Any app with a horizontal slider. Just open an image on EOG, zoom in to
make the sliders appear, hover the button over the horizontal one and
scroll down.
See what happens? Every other app is consistent with that behavior, save

Windows prefixes a copy as 'Copy of $original_name' which as you say
breaks ordering.
If nautilus used the first part of the file (split by '.') that has no
white space that would give sensible results.

I'm willing to spend some time debugging this to see if it's caused by
bad icons or other artwork related things. Unfortunately I don't have a
wireless card on my system so I'd like to ask if there's a way to test

Unfortunately, I can't do much more than report this, since I am pretty
lost.
Here's the situation:
- Clean install of knot2
- All updates applied
- installed libnss-ldap and libpam-ldap
- configured /etc/nsswitch.conf, /etc/libnss-ldap.conf and /etc/pam_ldap.conf
- updated
Just a note. This is on amd64 architecture. It's not clear whether this would
be a problem on another arch.

Another alternative, could be to move the beagle handle script out from
deskbar package, and have them as a seperate install package, with
python-beagle dependency (and ofcorse beagle dependency). The package
today isnt very user friendly. And creating another code, requires
more maintenance.

When I ran
grep SystemMenu /etc/gdm/gdm*.conf
all that happened was "SystemMenu=true" appeared right below it in the terminal.
