I give up. This is over my head. I'm going to switch the bug back to
private and post a full log. I had made a simple tweak to telepathy-
gabble to handle the second transport tag, and it seemed to help
somewhat, as Empathy would recognize the call and ring, and bring up the
call dialog, but wouldn

I found the bug!
I deleted the log because it had sensitive private stuff in it. But
here's the two important lines:
