I just created for testing purpose a new user account and opened the
rhythmbox import dialog. The problem is the same as described in the
bug. So if this is a Nautilus bug, should I add Nautilus as affected
project?

This is not a bug of rhythmbox, but an incorrect bookmarks set in nautilus.
Please verify that your settings are correct.
