I'm afraid that is an unsupported repository. We can't help you with any
problems which arise from using packages which don't come from Ubuntu.
P.S. Xubuntu 7.04 (Feisty) has XFCE 4.4.0.

I installed Xubuntu 6.10 which comes with Xfce 3.9.x, then upgraded to Xfce 4.0
from deb http://ubuntu.tolero.org/ edgy xfce-4-4-0.
I had Evolution 2.8.1 installed previously, no problem, since I upgraded Xfce
