I don't think this really counts as a bug as no where does it explicitly
state that pressing enter without selecting a smart bookmark will search
google automatically, its just a neat conveniance feature. also having
google as a smart bookmark allows you to put a dedicated google search
entry bar b

I'm using Gutsy, but it happens in every version I've tried.
It appears in your lookup menu because Epiphany ships it as a default
"smart bookmark". If you remove that bookmark it will disappear from
your lookup menu.
"Why would you do that if you want to perform google searches", will you
say.
Thank you for your bug. What version of Ubuntu do you use? Google is
listed in the look up menu on my desktop
